Description
Maya is a nightgown with a beautiful fullness, calf-length, raglan balloon sleeves gathered above the elbow, and a flat collar handmade using the smocking technique.
Embroidery on gathers creates small, regular pleats that give the collar its shape, breathability, and comfort. Mother-of-pearl buttons fasten the front all the way down. One size. Volume is the choice, generosity is its standard.
The armholes are finished with a cross-stitch blanket stitch, hand-embroidered, a noble and artisanal finish. The cotton is woven on mechanized artisanal looms in India, the threads carefully selected to give the fabric a natural irregularity.

Designed in Paris, our cottons are woven, printed, and embroidered by hand between the south of the Indian peninsula and Rajasthan.
They were conceived and designed with love and respect for the gestures, the families who produce them, and ancestral traditions. A love story between croissant and paratha, pot-au-feu and butter chicken, Paris and New Delhi.
