Description
Claudine has something of an old-fashioned garment about it; a round neck buttoned to the top, a straight cut, and a quiet androgyny. The jacket falls with aplomb, two patch pockets at the waist, sleeves stretched to the wrist and fastened with a mother-of-pearl button. The contrasting piping outlines the seams with graphic precision. The trousers follow the same understated line: elasticated waist, matching tie, side pockets slipped into the seam. The cut remains generous, designed for movement.
The cotton is woven on artisanal mechanized looms in India, retaining in the weave that irregularity that only machines cannot produce. The threads are carefully selected. A unique fabric, where imperfection becomes a signature. Made in human-sized workshops, where artisanal savoir-faire still shapes each piece.

Designed in Paris, our cottons are woven, printed, and embroidered by hand between the south of the Indian peninsula and Rajasthan.
They were conceived and designed with love and respect for the gestures, the families who produce them, and ancestral traditions. A love story between croissant and paratha, pot-au-feu and butter chicken, Paris and New Delhi.
