Description
There's something about Claudine that evokes a child's wardrobe; a round collar buttoned up to the neck, a straight cut, and a quiet androgyny. The jacket hangs with aplomb, two patch pockets at the waist, sleeves extended to the wrist and fastened with a mother-of-pearl button. Contrasting piping outlines the seams with graphic precision. The trousers follow the same understated line: an elasticated waist, a matching tie, and side pockets slipped into the seam. The sizing remains generous, designed for movement.
The cotton is woven on artisanal mechanical looms in India, preserving in the weave that irregularity that only a machine cannot produce. The threads are carefully selected. On the checked models, each thread is dyed in tonal shades of the same dominant color (red or blue), creating a pattern that never quite repeats itself. A singular fabric, where imperfection becomes a signature. Made in human-scale workshops, where artisanal savoir-faire still shapes each piece.

Designed in Paris, our cottons are woven, printed, and embroidered by hand between the south of the Indian peninsula and Rajasthan.
They were conceived and designed with love and respect for the gestures, the families who produce them, and ancestral traditions. A love story between croissant and paratha, pot-au-feu and butter chicken, Paris and New Delhi.
