Description
Janet is a nightgown of frank simplicity; calf-length, round neck, short mother-of-pearl button placket on the upper body, long sleeves fastened at the wrist in the same way. The bottom finishes in a shirt-tail hem. One size, loose fit.
Small shamrocks are embroidered with solid green thread and distributed randomly over the entire dress, each placed like a good luck charm. From one piece to another, they never fall in the same place. The cotton is woven on mechanized artisan looms, the threads carefully selected to maintain the fabric's irregular grain and lively texture.
