Description
Thelma is a classic pyjama with a discreet feminine touch. The shirt is fitted, with a V-neckline that gives the set a subtly seductive allure. Contrasting piping highlights each seam. Small mother-of-pearl buttons fasten the front and cuffs. The trousers are high-waisted, elasticated at the back and flat at the front, adjusted by a contrasting tie to knot. The bottom is bordered with the same piping. The cut is designed to flatter the silhouette without restricting it.
On the cotton, small clover leaves are hand-embroidered with green thread. They are randomly distributed, each placed with the slowness of an artisanal gesture. No two pieces are exactly alike. The cotton is woven on mechanized artisanal looms in India, the threads carefully selected to maintain a natural irregularity in the weave, a lively grain under the fingers.
